I am an in-network, contracted provider for the following health insurance plans: Medicare, Medicaid Health First Colorado, TriWest Community Care Network with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, TriCare East and TriCare West (U.S Armed Forces military personnel, retirees, & their dependents), Kaiser Permanente, Cigna, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, United Behavioral Healthcare, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon Health Options, Aetna, Colorado Access Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) HMO, UMR, Oxford, All Savers, Priority Health, Northeast Health Partners, Colorado Community Health Alliance, Meritain, Cofinity, UC Health, ComPsych, and BHS EAP.  

I also take Triad EAP (Employee Assistance Program) for employees of Telluride Ski & Golf, Telluride School District, Town of Telluride, Town of Mountain Village, San Miguel County and Telluride Fire Protection District.  I also take the Tri-County Health Network Behavioral Health Fund authorizations for those living or working in San Miguel County. 

Self-pay protects your confidentiality and allows you to make your own decisions about treatment.  Contact your insurance company for information on their policies.  If I am out of network for your insurance, I will provide a receipt for services.

Rates  To make treatment affordable for everyone, I offer a sliding fee scale or reduced fee services on a limited basis.  Call for rates.  Full payment is due at time of service. I ask that you pay at the beginning of each session and accept cash or credit cards.

Cancellation policy  Your time is reserved for you or your child & a minimum 24 hour advance notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. The full session fee will be charged for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
